Shipping Policy
naturalhealgiftt.com works with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS and EMS, who work with local couriers - this allows us to deliver directly to your door, and we are proud to offer fixed shipping rates.
Our deliveries take 5-14 days; order and tracking number is provided within 24 hours, it is up to the shipping company and government to determine when your order will be delivered.
You will be charged when your order and all payments are verified and approved before shipment, and it may take several days to process. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.
Delivery Process
We start processing your order immediately, so no changes (including address changes) can be made after the order is placed. We only ship to the address you enter when placing the order. You only pay for the items shipped and applicable shipping and tax rates.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
We only ship on weekdays, not on Saturdays or public holidays.
On average, it takes us 1-2 business days to deliver your order. Some items may take longer, especially during holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order includes popular items with stock issues. Orders are shipped as soon as the stock of the item is confirmed.
For multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to the different locations of the product partners.
Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 business days, depending on the country or region. Specific delivery dates cannot be stated or guaranteed.

Although we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time, naturalhealgiftt.com is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as mandatory postal or customs clearance procedures, public holidays, bad weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., and these disruptions may cause delays beyond our initial estimated delivery time.
Duties, Taxes and Other Fees:
International shipments may incur import duties, taxes and/or customs fees when they arrive at the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. naturalhealgiftt.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict how high they will be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for all applicable import duties and return charges.
Customs regulations vary widely from country to country. If you have any questions, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
naturalhealgiftt.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier and/or file a claim.
NOTE: When evaluating damage or return claims, we use the timestamp information in the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation information, and we may not be able to confirm your claim if it is not reported.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct before placing an order. We start processing your order immediately, so we cannot make changes to it once it has been placed. If the order has already been processed by our delivery department, we cannot pick it up to change the address.
